Definitely the easiest recipe yet! Chuck all the ingredients in the slow cooker, set and forget!
Slow Cooked Pork with Apple and Rosemary
- 2 kg pork loin
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 onion quartered
- 3 apples peeled and quartered
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- Add all ingredients to a slow cooker.
- Cook on high for approximately 6 hours.
- Meat should fall apart when ready.
- Remove rosemary sprigs to serve.
