Slow Cooked Pork with Apple and Rosemary

Ingredients

  • 2 kg pork loin
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 onion quartered
  • 3 apples peeled and quartered
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a slow cooker.
  • Cook on high for approximately 6 hours.
  • Meat should fall apart when ready.
  • Remove rosemary sprigs to serve.
